Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription cancellations and refund requests for eduOpt, a product of Jangras Corporation (Jangras Private Limited). By subscribing to eduOpt, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Cancellation

• Subscribers may cancel their eduOpt subscription at any time via the dashboard or by contacting our support team.
• Cancellation will stop auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.
• The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund unless eligible under the refund policy below.

2. Refund Policy

• Refund requests are accepted only within seven (7) days from the date of initial subscription (applicable to new customers only).
• No refunds shall be granted after 7 days under normal circumstances.
• Refund requests beyond 7 days may be considered only in exceptional cases and are subject to management/board approval of Jangras Corporation.
• No refunds shall be provided for:
  • Partial usage of services
  • Subscription renewals
  • Change of mind after usage
• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval, subject to payment gateway or banking timelines.
• All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] with complete subscription details.

3. Special Cases & Discretion

• eduOpt reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
• In rare and genuine scenarios such as technical failures or service non-delivery, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.
• The decision of Jangras Corporation shall be final and binding.

4. Modifications to Policy

• Jangras Corporation reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
• Continued use of eduOpt after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
